Flirtatious Suite Framed Art Piece

I've been creating like crazy with the Flirtatious Suite line in the new Idea Book & Catalog.  I just love the 'flirty' lace prints on the designer paper, stamp set and designer fabric!  I made this framed art piece for my dear friend, Georgia, of her beautiful daughter, Elly, as a gift.

I used the new Pennant Parade stamp set and coordinating punch, which are so much fun to play with!  I strung the pennants together with white Baker's Twine.  The flowers were made by cutting pieces of the Flirtatious Designer Fabric with the Fun Flowers die and my Big Shot, baby! ~ It's rare that I make a project without my Big Shot  :)

I can't wait to give this to her!
