Telescoping Cards

A friend of mine asked me to make a thank you card for a special family he knows, and this is what I came up with:

I cut one of the flowers out of the patterned paper and adhered it to the top layer.

I made this card using the gorgeous colours and papers from the Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper Pack.

If you look closely, these cards and held together by using brads.  The sentiments come from the Petite Pairs stamp set which is a great set full of lovely matching sentiments – one for the front of the card and another for inside.
